Had a fantastic week in this villa with my family. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to supermarkets and shops. The villa itself had everything we needed and more. The outside area was spacious and well-maintained, with a clean swimming pool, table tennis, and a grill for barbecues. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The manager was also very helpful, providing adaptors and being available whenever we had any questions. a great experience and would definitely book again.

That there were no additional blankets available. It was a bit chilly at night, especially for the time of year, so having extra blankets for the bedrooms would have been a bonus.

Just being picky, it would have been nice to have a lockable bathroom on the second floor and a few additional hangers.

Everything was fantastic.

We stayed at a villa in Protaras that was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, including a nice welcome pack of essentials and a box of cereal. the pool was a great hit with both the kids and adults, and the air conditioning kept the villa cool all day and night. the villa was well-equipped and when we had an issue with the iron, the manager quickly replaced it. the location was also great, with easy access to the strip, a cheap bus ride to Ayia Napa, and a Lidl just across the road. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely go back again. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 👍.

The room at Fig Tree Bay Villa 3 was like a cozy nest for me. With its comfortable beds and soft, plush pillows, I felt snug and relaxed. It was just what I needed after a long, tiring day exploring Protaras.

The only thing I personally didn't like was the lack of grab bars in the bathroom. But hey, that's just me.
